Your GPU should not be overheating at less than 60 FPS.

You can use a GPU monitoring app like EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner to monitor the GPU temperatures. 

Your GPU may be faulty, especially if you see similar in other games.

  • My GPU temperature is higher in menus compared to being in Gameplay by 2 C.

    This is not expected behavior as the Menu's should be rendering less than compared to in game.

    This means my PC load is higher when nothing is is happening

  • This issue appears to  be related to playing the game in windowed borderless mode. When in menus with fullscreen or windowed mode, the game uses less GPU processor time

    have the same problem here 
    in game i have 50 temp
    in highlights and main menu its going to 70-80 in few minutes !!
    that's unbelievable !!

    having the same problems, in menu my PC vents just goes crazy ... in game its fine and it clams down
