I think I got bugged in 100 Priorite Shard Achievement

My map shows I got all Shards but I only have 99. And I checked Basalt Rift, scavenger droid kept appearing ( where orange dinosaur sleeps, very lower part ). So I killed scavenger droid multiple times with refreshing with meditation, but it drops nothing. As far I know, scavenger droid should not appear again once I kill scavenger droid.  I doubt that this scavenger droid did not dropped priorite shard but it recorded as achieved.

<- with a support comment, "be careful. If you didnt kill the scavenger droid and let him run away, it may be bugged and if you try to kill him he will drop nothing and you will be stuck at 99/100 priorite forever."
