We checked your account and added the missing shards. You should be able to claim them from your inbox the next time you login to the game. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Got it. Thanks for a quick fix. I should have reported it when i completed it first time. I thought it was only 5 star to everyone. Just missed out on r2 for few months. Thanks again team.
