Fractured Determination-Force Tear-Too Difficult
Okay, so I understand the developers wanted to make a challenge, I really do. However, this, this particular challenge is far too difficult, especially when you get to a point with hard-fought determination to get to the point only to die and have to begin all over again. It's frustrating. Over and over again I get to a point, always further than the one before, only to die and have to begin again. Why not, only on this particular Force Tear, since it is so very, very difficult to achieve, to allow the player to start over again from a later point. For example, if I were to reach the bar after the perpendicular green shields and I die before jumping through the next shield, I'd start over at the bar. If I make it to the whatever-that-thing-is that does a half turn before the electrical wall and die after that, I'd restart on that thing. The clock could continue from the moment I die. Place grappling hooks on the electrical wall, and make the electrical thingy disappear after one upward movement, or make it's timing so that it reappears after a much, much longer time interval.
Or, if the above doesn't interest you, make two 🏈 separate challenges in the same Force Tear. For example, for those like me, an easy, Story Mode challenge could have the two twirling shields stationary, the running walls are larger and longer (so to allow for climb), there are grappling hooks, the second twirling green shield is also stationary, as are the three that follow, although maybe slightly askew for the angle to reach the portal. There's a ballon after the portal, and the wall has a grappling hook. Same thing for the shield and wall afterward.
For all other modes, the challenge as it is.
The mode the player is in decides which scenario plays out. Or, the player can select the mode before entering the arena. Whichever mode, it counts toward the trophy.
I have been trying to complete this challenge for at least seven (7) hours going on eight (8) and just can't seem to do it. The game mechanics, or timing, or something else always seem to interfere and mess me up. I die over and over and over again, and it's really frustrating.
Again, I understand the need for a challenge, but this one is, at least for me, seemingly impossible to complete as it is. And I'm not going to lie, I need it for the trophy but can't seem to reach the end.
No, I haven't gotten further than the end of the portal, as I keep missing the wall and dying. I've watched videos on how to complete the challenge to no avail. I'm stuck and frustrated.
