Hangar Rafters door to Lucrehulk Core closed and wont reopen

Trying to get the commander jacket colors and this door is just blocked and i cant get by it, but i have before because the area is explored and im pretty sure i had to go there for the story anyway. Only thing ive done since the rescue Zee mission is beat the story, this is my first time back in the Lucrehulk
