Why am I missing one jedha scroll and one bounty puck despite them being done?

Summarize your bug When attempting to go across the in game galaxy I wanted to get all collectables, I had unlocked the bounty hunter map as well as the map upgrade telling you were lore, treasure and upgrades were on the map. I have completed the bounty tree, and I have got every single item on Jedha, yet according to both the scrolls and the pucks, I am missing one of each.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to get every one the pucks and scrolls and see if you are able to in fact get all 18 pucks or all 50 scrolls. If you're stuck on 17 pucks and/or 49 scrolls, then you have my problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? As the bug summary says, I am missing one of both those items. Because of this i wont be able to purchase all items from the respective vendor.
What do you expect to see? All the items in my inventory or the scroll/bounty puck to appear on the map somewhere for players to collect should their maps say that they have completed all the locations for them to spawn in yet they are still missing one.

I dont think there is anymore information I can give that would be helpful here, jedha is complete, the bounty hunter tree is complete, I am missing one puck and one scroll despite these facts and dont believe I should have to hunt down all of these things again just to unlock a colour scheme for both the blaster and saber that im not a fan off. I would prefer it if I could somehow be given these missing items to compensate but I dont know if thats possible.
