bug in central command Jedi Survivor Nova G

Went into central command. Defeated the tried to enter the room, triggered the bad guys. Defeated both waves of baddies. Explored the 4 areas BD scan on one side, triggering the enemies on one platform, priorite/datadisk don't remember which one, on one platform and pull the grate to access the electro dart shot and the attached grapple area next to it on the last. Big talking commander hologram in the middle. This is my way through. I can't access BD-1 to shoot the dart top open the area to grapple. 

Screen grab shows BD-1 greyed out. 

I tried restarting the program and running form the last save point again and it's still not letting me through.
