The ball that bas panels that must be moved around, refuses to move to finish the puzzle.  The ball can’t be pushed back into place at the second to last step, where it’s at the bottom position and needs to be pushed back up to it’s starting position, it highlights in blue briefly if you position yourself just right, but only for a fraction of a second. With the panels moved around so there’s a channel for it to move, it should be able to be moved back.
