I am afraid that there’s no way to recover your account without your PlayerID and unfortunately the only way to get your ID is to go to the settings from the account you try to recover. But there’s a chance to get your Ally-code.

Do you have a SWGoH.gg Account?

If not, it may be that your guild has a SWGoH.gg profile and you can get the ally code from another guild mate so that you can contact him and he can give you your ally code.

As soon as you have your ally code you can contact support and perhaps with some proof (purchases, etc.) the Support can recover your account.
