Battlefront2 Key bind bug

Hello 

impossible to set personnal Key bind. 

Change in the main menu: KO 

Change in a party: KO 

Delete C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Origin\Origin  KO 

Delete C:\Users\*****\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings  KO 

Uninstall, intall the entire game: KO 

The key bind stay stuck as default 

impossible to set my key bind. 

Please can you help ?

    Hi. I don't know if this helps but it seems when a controller is connected, the keys reset - for me at least. If you have one try disconnecting it or turning it off.

    Hey @Excelcisbeo sorry to hear about your issue you are having.
    I have personally seen this issues when the document folder is in read mode and not in read and write so it can't do any change to any of settings files in you'r document folder.

    First do any settings save in the document folder for SWBF2?

    Full access on my document folder: KO 

    Run Origin as administrator: KO 

    Run BF2 as administrator: KO 

    When i delete the setting folder, and launch the game again the setting files are created normally so i have entire write rights on it 

    Is there any other config file to check ?

    Unplug my external controler: OK 

    Issue Resolved, i can set my keyboard bind

    im having a similar issue where it wont let me change the key binds it keeps saying duplicate input please try again later and its getting really annoying do you know how to fix it

    I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.
     
    If you have any issues with SWBF2  please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
     
    @XarvaceD  try the above solution if that don't work please make a new post on the topic.
