GAS P4 is a very challenging phase of the event. Lots or RNG is involved, so some do get lucky sometimes and some don't.

That's why recommended gear levels are given for each toon. If you have those gear levels or better, you'll see your RNG luck getting drastically better.

Also do realize that youtubers posting those vids using event toons with undergeared toons, often try for hours or even days before they're able to get that sweet RNG luck. You're only seeing a fragment of the time they invested in it to get it.
