Looks like I got mine to go finally. From the main PS4 menu or desktop, whatever you want to call it, where it shows the game and the pause icon, I hit options on the controller, and then delete. I ejected the disc and reinserted it, and it began to copy, at a much faster rate too than previously. So I wonder what the issue is.

This is working for me too @badmantrouble, I just hit the options button, deleted, ejected, and reinserted. I did everything the EA responses said and none of it worked but this did. Unbelievable.
- I had this same exact problem with a brand new, out of the box PS4 Pro. A simple cleaning of the disc solved the issue. Go figure........
