Same problem with A Tremendous Service and Annihilation for me. Probably the worst two for it to happen to. It's ridiculous to be robbed of these.

If your A Tremendous Service is still stuck, please check your counter for The Aggressor or The Defender, there can be some tracking issues with these milestones.
