Error to launch the game

I moved your post here as this is a different subject. This error usually appears to be account-related. As the account is not banned and it's not underage, I suggest that you contact EA Help so they can check if everything is ok on their end. If you sent an email to EA Help already, please allow a couple of days for a reply. 

Good luck, ea are not great at responding. Even after changing my password multiple times I still cannot access online features of any ea game from my playstation account 

Hi I completely forgot to check this forum.

I did contact EA at the time of posting this which is literally 17 days ago now I still haven't had a reply lol. Still hoping I get a reply bc otherwise they've scammed me out of £7 😂

Which topic did you choose when contacting them? For a quicker resolution, I would suggest contacting via chat.

I chose the section about restricted accounts/unable to connect or somethign like that

how do i speak to their chat then? i haven't been able to find an option for it after searching their whole help page lol

Try selecting "Update EA Account" as the help topic; that should give you the option to start a chat. Please also make sure there are no pop-up or ad-blockers running on the page, as that might prevent the chat pop-up from appearing. 

sorry im unable to find it. i found the page "how to update ur ea account" but there is no option there
