Displayed items are constantly spinning in the shop menu

Summarize your bug This bug was introduced in patch 7, and only occurs when playing in Performance Mode (I've tested it). If you open any shop, be it Domas, Zees or Sister Taskes, the displayed items are constantly spinning. At the slightest touch of the right stick, it changes direction. This is not a controller issue, since I've tested it with all 3 of my controllers. Also, as I mentioned, the bug is only present in Performance Mode. If the game is set to Quality Mode, the issue is not present.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set the game to Performance Mode, and open any shop.
