Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The officer weapon milestone for the SE-44C is completed (150/150 kills) but the mod cannot be claimed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The milestone (and therefore the mod) can't be claimed but it shows that all kills necessary have been achieved.
