This is something that would only need to be reported in-game. If you have reported the person by either right clicking on the portrait or you have right clicked the chat message then that information has already been sent to BW.
BW logs all chats that occur in-game therefore they can go back based on the time you reported it and look up that chat. If you put in your ticket the exact date / time it occurred that would help them as well.
As far as attaching screenshots to the ticket I don't know if that feature works but if your have reported it their logs should be able to find the incident
