Can I get a refund?

 Hello,

I’d like to ask if it’s possible to get a refund for my SWTOR subscription. It just renewed about an hour ago, but unfortunately, I won’t be able to play for the next few months.

I’m located in Mexico, and for some reason, I haven’t been able to connect when trying to call EA customer support. If anyone knows an alternative way to request a refund without calling, I’d really appreciate your advice.
