Insta-death Spawning in Flight?
About 50% of the time when I select an aircraft at spawn in since the update, my screen will start all black, with all hud elements still displaying and my ship blows up in immediately (which I don't even see happen - just hear it). No sound of me flying or anything, just the explosion. Real nice. Anyone else?
