@Rakailes Hello ! 

As @proxos666 it needs to be claimed in your inventory from the "Unclaimed items" list in the cartel market. 

I just wanted to add, make sure you didn't delete the character you purchased the unlock with, otherwise you won't be able to find the it by yourself anymore and you'll need to ask for a character restoration to the customer support, In-game or by mail at the address you'll find in this thread, they will need :

  • The character's name 
  • Its level 
  • Its advanced class
  • Its server 
  • Its deletion date 
  • Don't forget to still explain the entire situation 

If you're a Subscriber and you need in-game support, create a ticket in-game:

  1. Click on the question mark icon on the main menu, (or press Ctrl + /).
  2. Click on Create ticket, then follow the on-screen instructions to provide details and submit your ticket.

I saw a lot of friends deleting the character they just created in order to buy their unlocks thinking the unlock would be done directly through the cartel market, so...
