This is caused by a odd thing in that the currency settings that affects the game like this.
To get around this follow the below
Press the Windows key and select settings
Go into Time and language, select region and language on the left
Click additional date, time & regional settings
Under region click the link for change date, time and number formats
Click additional settings at the bottom
Click either reset , or ensure . is decimal symbol and , is digit grouping symbol
Want currency to display as $ 1,000.00 and not as $ 1.000,00
