Re: Unable to play the single player campaign

The final mission with kylo renn crashes in the loading screen and shuts of my entire console I have tried this on two Xbox ones. One of them being an X and S same issue. Everything else in the game works  fine. Now because of this I can't finish the game or access the reserecrtion  dlc. The disc is  in excellent condition and consoles play every other game flawlessly please fix this.
