Companions (sith inquisitor) / Class Progression

Same Problem same Class but on Tatooine. I can't progress any further without Andronikus Revel present.

Same thing here, andronikos revel is gone. I was doing the quest on tattoine.

Same EXACT quest and issue for me. I submitted a ticket last night.

I have the same problem on Taris with Ashara... 

No quest available, no companion..... stuck.

Jedi Consular, need Nadia Grell to do her stage of the story and she's not available for me. Phase keeps telling me I need her to enter and she's nowhere to be found even after the 4.0a patch this morning.

The patch just hit server and are back up do you guys/girls still have the same problem?

@Serinthia Has anything changed/updated on your Companion Menu?

Can you try restarting the mission one more time and check again?

@EA_David Well, I got C2-N2, which was nice, I guess, so I'm presuming the patch really was applied. I watched it download. Still no Nadia though.

And, unfortunately the mission's reset button is greyed out in the mission log, so I can neither go forward nor back. I logged an ingame ticket for it. maybe someone'll get to it eventually. I imagine I'll play other characters in the meantime.

@Serinthia Hey, be sure to return to the fleet and check if you can reset from there. You generally can't reset if you're in the mission area.
