Summarize your bug It's been very clear by now that most maps (if not all) have exploitable areas where players can hide. This can happen in any game mode. Some users have mentioned these exploits, but very rarely they know how to perform them or how to pinpoint the exact locations. This makes the devs job to find and fix them quite complicated. There's also in-game exploits (and bugs) that allow you to duplicate the same hero. To top it all, there's teleporting "hacks" that make you uncatchable.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? These exploits can be found on YouTube being performed by multiple users. I'll gladly share the links, but for the sake of the community, and for them not to be replicated even more, I'd like to either be given the respective permission to do so, or to be forwarded to the right place.
What happens when the bug occurs? - With wall hacks, you are able to enter a glitched area of a map where you can hide. - With the current state of the respawn system after the new patch, you are placed along (either front or back) a foe, which results in a quick death for either one. - Ability to duplicate heroes. Sometimes the game does it by itself, but I believe it can be performed intentionally. - Ability to use an exploit which makes you teleport when you are the target.
What do you expect to see? Respective fixes to these issues.

The respawn issues (being put too close to a foe) can be easily experienced by playing HvV matches in Death Star II and Tatooine, being Death Star II the most notorious. I can create and share videos of these if need be.
