account issues

I messaged ea support about unlinking my steam account to an old account I no longer have access to. do the support even respond??? its been about 6 days now its genuinely annoying how bad they are. its comparable to something like yahoo support where you Have to PAY to receive any support

    Did you ever get help? Been trying to get my PSN unlinked from a disabled account for 2 weeks. Ea support just keeps closing my ticket without even helping me. About to contact my bank and have them refund me for all my lastest EA purchases. Can’t even log in to play my older games and can’t play the beta for bf 6
