FOR XBOX. I had the same problem it took me for ever to solve it. I had to go get a century gun and place it as close as possible under the interact symbol. Then climb on top of it. Once on top I had to hold A and X buttons ( the jump and interact buttons). Then it worked and loaded to the next screen.
