Hello @MikeMS89 ! 

I finally had some time to go through your information. Your PC specs seem to be more than enough to support the game! So that is all fine.

In the Dxdiag I found you're running on windows 10 which has directx12. That is fine, but the SWBFII game runs on directx11. 

I would suggest trying to switch between x11 and x12 in the SWBFII game menu by opening up the game and in the menu search under display settings. There are also more options in that menu you could try to alter.

Maybe even try lowering the graphics settings to see if that fixes it (then we know where the problem comes from). For example, try out Medium and Low and see if the purple starts to appear.

Also, just in case, I would try to update all the drivers of your system. Windows 10 can automatically detect outdated drivers, but I would also suggest looking up the newest ones from the individual sites.

    @DYSPROssium - sorry to butt in but maybe @MikeMS89 should check that his HDMI cable is compliant with 4k. Also try running in windowed mode (not borderless). If that works ok then for full screen set in desktop HDR +WCG to off and in game HDR on.

    I will double check that but as far I remember it is. I can actually play 4k at 30hz and with other games  I can play 4k 60hz. Asap I will see thr hdmi details

    ggobb65 Ok So  I just verified the details of my HDMI cable and as far as I understand it should work fine for 4k. 

    This is the current cable I got

    In windowed mode it works ok.

    I will try to set in desktop hdr  wCG  HDR (in game) on. 

    I will as well try the set ups with lower graphics.
