if you mean the intel video driver just uninstall from device manager
right mouse click over the video driver and select uninstall
If your getting a new PC on xmas i'd wait the few days myself 😉

Alright as it is on Christmas day, I have officially fixed the problem and it was just my old laptops fault. The problem has now been solved, thanks so much for the help!

Try a clean boot per this link see if the launcher appears, then you slowly enable things to see what stopped it.
