Cant remove my Security Key no option
no option under the Security Key Code area to choose "lost your Security Key"
yep had to ring them to take the auth key off before I could change password or reset anything... all good now.

The option appears after entering the displayname and password correctly, and press sign in as seen in this guide
incorrect password will get you login failed
If you are unable to remove the key, you need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the key for youyep had to ring them to take the auth key off before I could change password or reset anything... all good now.
