Yes. Activate it while there are people in range (game now tells you how many people in range on the choke icon in lower right). Once they're being chocked, move your mouse and they will start moving.
2)Do I have to hold down the force choke button for it to last longer? Cause it only lasts 2 seconds which is kinda underwhelming.
No. You a correct, 2 seconds is too short. If a teammate attacks them (any way other than shooting at them) while you're choking them, the choke will end.
3)How much damage does it do and is it possible that players can get out of it quicker so it does less damage? Can I spam a button for it to do more damage?
Yes, it's possible. See above. No, no button you can spam. However, check out the Last Grip and Punishing Grip star cards. These are the cards you're looking for.
