Screen Shot Option is not working in SWTORI have tried changing the hotkey for it and different button combos. Not sure what is going on with the screenshot not working.

Does WinKey + PrtScn work ?

Ensure launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in all the exception lists , in particular defender as well as that can block the game from writing into the documents folder

Yes tried that and checked for those files and they are set on the exception list. Tried before and after the update from this week and no dice. May have to re-download the game or or put in a ticket to ge it looked at. Thank you for your help.

By any chance are you using a network drive to store what would usually be in My Documents? Are they set to a different location, or just the default place in C:\Users\...?

It is in the C:\ Program Files (x86)...
Where all my other Games are in and they all have the screenshot ability and the file folders to store them. For some reason SWTOR does not???

Ok I found them in the Documents Folder ! What a strange place for that to be at. Thank you guys for helping out.
