Screen Freezing when buttons are pressed/held

I tried searching for this issue but I couldn't find anything exactly similar, perhaps because it has a lot of common issues combined.

About a week ago when I tried playing, anytime I would move or hold down a key for more than a couple of seconds (any key) the screen would freeze and buzz until I released the key. This occurred both in and out of the client when it was either in full screen or minimized. Uninstalled and reinstalled, fixed the issue for about a week.

Now it is happening again and I really do not want to install and re-install. I tried restarting my computer, running as admin, adjusting game resolution, running it in windowed mode, adjusting my computer resolution, nothing has helped or hurt. I find it interesting even with the game minimized as I am typing this if I hold down the space-bar or backspace it freezes the screen and causes buzzing as well. I only have this issue when the client is active. If swtor is not up I do not have this problem in any other game or application.

Thanks for any help you can give me! If I have to uninstall again, I will likely just leave it uninstalled... I don't have time to re-install every week.
