My cartel coins are not appearing after 12 hours

I redeemed a code i bought from Eneba for 2400 cartel coins and they still haven't appeared...

I went to the swtor website, clicked in redeem code, it redirected me to the EA redeem code page and i entered the code, it even said that the code i was redeeming was for 2400 cartel coins.

I've bought codes from them before and it's always worked and almost instantaneous so i really don't know what's happened, I really wanted to buy some cosmetics and play this weekend :(
