did  you  try to power cycle   for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seonds  then turn on your xbox one  console   you also can try to   power cycle for 10 sceonds unplug  for 30 seconds then plug your xbox back in   try to play . other troubleshooting   is  uninstall  the game  then install  the game
