I get the Error 524 but idk why
i started the game after a while again to play with a friend but i cant connect to EA services. I checked my Ban status but these records are clean. is there any why to lift these restrictions?

Can you please confirm the platform you're playing on? Also, this error can show up due to age restrictions; if you have an underage or teen account, that could be the reason.
