Can I link my account from Xbox to PC?

Hi! I am new here, so let me know if I did anything wrong!

I recently got Battlefront II on my PC (For free on epic games/origin)

I used to have  Battlefront II on my Xbox. I made a ton of progress on the game, so it would be a shame to lose all of it. Is there any way to connect my old account to my new one? They are under the same email. Any help is much appreciated!
