@Elboss030Uhm, Bossk is one of the heroes that need a buff the least. Unless it's Anakin, saber heroes have no great chances to win against Bossk when paying halfway attention.
Bossk's strength lies in his gadgets as well as his high jumps, use them wisely and with a plan.
For infantry modes, just stick a bit with your team, like when playing any other hero and retreat early enough to cover before you find yourself cornered with no abilites ready to use.
Also proceed step by step, means e.g. at the frontline near objectives or while defending them, place the mines in case someone wants to get close to you and then use the dioxys and grenade launcher to push forward. If that wouldn't work, retreat back to your mines. If the team mates nearby you die, don't stay there alone as only one defending/attacking or else you risk getting cut off the line and being encircled.
Sometimes it's also good to not spend all your abilities at once and keep at least one as backup to make sure you can defend yourself properly or simply to slow the enemies attempts to hunt you down upon retreat.
Similar for HvH, stick with your team where possible but don't go too far away from your mines.
If a saber hero approaches you, try to read him out and roll so you don't get caught by his abilities. When there's enough space, use jumps into the direction where the saber hero charges from so you can jump over him while he has to do a 180 degree turn.
For blaster heroes, bait them into walking into your mines by e.g. a tactical retreat that makes them overconfident.
I mean there's a reason why I can use Bossk so well even against the hero crowd, so I'd say he doesn't need a buff.
