Oh, I suppose I should have used the term "code-named Orca game" in reference to what Project Ragtag was becoming...
Although, it's also been suggested the revamped (open world additive version of) Project Rag Tag went by even another different name, so referencing what PRT *would have become* is kind of tricky.
I found it easier to just call it by it's initial name. I'm under the impression it was still largely that game (same assets, for the most part, a storyline to follow?) only with open world being added. 

They won't make a large game unless the contract is extended 

It takes years for a good game to get developed 

So it's not worth there time unless that happens 

Plus if there contract doesn't get renewed the servers will pretty much shut down for all the games when there contract would expire
