Yes I had to call them I do not remember the email that I used so they had to asked me a series of questions and purchase dates on my Xbox for EA games and thank you baby Jesus she was able to add a new email address in there.

You just need to contact EA instead of using the online chat service use the call feature and have them call you and be nice they don’t respond to someone not being nice
