Mission Glitch - Imperial Agent Story [possible spoiler]

Class Mission Glitch - Imperial Agent Chapter 1-2

Firstly, I've already sent an in-game ticket to support, though have yet to recieve a reply.

So I've been struggling with a rather bizarre glitch in that I currently have two instances of the quest "A New Epoch of Fear" active.

I had to leave the instance, ended up resetting the mission on the fleet, and when i came back I now have both "A New Epoch of Fear" and the next mission "The Master Stratagem" active in my log despite never completing the requisite for "The Maste Stratagem".

I'm now trying to complete "A new epoch of fear", but Watcher Two is responding as though I have already completed the quest, which I haven't. And when I try to play through "The Master Stratagem", the cutscene/conversation with my ships' holocom never begins, and "A New Epoch of Fear" remains in my log.

I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this, but I'd rather not have to create a new character just to play through to this point again - the bug is rather game-breaking and I'm afraid that it may occur again with a new alt.

Resetting instances, and resetting the missions, just puts both missions back to their beginning, rather than removing on or the other

I've so far attempted almost every troubleshooting fix I could find, and have exhausted any related issues on both the SWTOR forums and the EA suppoer, and have found no solution as of yet.

Some of the methods I tried include, but are not limited to:

- travelling to various areas around the galaxy map
- resetting both quests in these various areas
- entering the instance with different companions
- restarting the game
- repairing the game via the launcher
- reinstalling the game
- logging on from different devices
- logging on from different internet connections
- adjusting graphics settings (windowed/fullcreen, custom/high/low, changing resolution, turning UI on and off, ect.)
- using quick-travel to enter and leave the instance

So far nothing has worked and the problem persists.

Ideally I would have "The Master Stratagem" and subsequent flags removed from my quest-log, so that I might play through "A New Epoch of Fear" as I was attempting to do before all this happened, however I understand that this may be beyond the capabilities of the game engine.

It is frustrating, to say that least, to have the game think I've started Chapter, when I have yet to complete Chapter 1 and are thus missing the decisions that were included in that final quest.

I've sent a support ticket in the AM of the 18th, but so far I've had no responce. It seems like creating a new character may be the only fix, but I've put so much time and Cartel Coins into this one since she's my primary RP alt, and deleting her would very much be a last resort.

It's a strange glitch that I haven't seen anyone else suffer with, but if anyone has any insight into why it may have happened, and how I might fix it, I'd welcome any ideas. With luck, support will respond to my ticket, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
