Paid Subscription but account still shows free to play

Hello!

I am sure this might be a common problem, but I have purchased my sub yesterday and I still have it on free to play rn. I heard some people in game say that it might be my ea and swotr email to be different? I have recently changed my email to the one I have on EA.

Is there something I need to do extra for my account to be recognized?
