Bastila Fallen’s Fear ability can be resisted. If it’s resisted (or the target is immune, like Padme or Jedi Knight Luke), they will not receive the Fear debuff.

What target was selected when you used the skill? Did you see a “resist” notification when you used the skill?

    I'm already about 1 year everyday play on arena with DRevan team making 5-10 battle every day. I know everything about bastilla. Who can resist, or not. Debaf from this ability can't be resist. Today in every battle Bastilla sometimes do not apply Fear or any other debafs, which mast be apply.

    @Kotovskii0809 Her Fear can be resisted. If it isn't applied, the follow up debuffs won't apply. Yes, they cannot be resisted, but only if the target receives the Fear debuff first. As GladOS-013 said, certain toons are immune to Fear, so they won't receive it or the follow up debuffs. Corrupted Battle Meditation from an enemy Bastila Shan Fallen will also prevent the application of Fear.

    Can you provide details of the enemy teams you are facing when you see this, or better still a video of it occuring?

    Also if the other team has a Bastila and you have corrupted battle meditation, you can't apply debuffs. There are other characters who may cleanse right away, making it look as though it hasn't applied. You really need to provide details on the enemy team.

    Its not about being resisted, I encountered the same error. The primary target simply remains unaffected by your ability, as if you targeted someone else. I get this bug every time i try to fear Wat in arena. It doesn't say "resisted" and the secondary target gets feared and everyone else gets the debuffs but the primary target remains unaffected by anything. It most definitely is a bug
