Unable to Claim Milestone Reward

Summarize your bug Multiple milestones have completed progress, but do not reward me with a crate, and do not display as completed by correlation.

How often does the bug occur? Upon every successive load of the game, but for only 2-3 items out of 4 currently. (50/75% - 100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 07/18/2023

In what game mode did the bug occur? Co-op
What is your time zone? EDT - GMT-4:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a co-op weapon milestone and return to the career menu/collection to check progress.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to claim the reward via the reward crate, and so, the milestone does not count as completed (or vice versa).
What do you expect to see? The milestone will both display a full progress bar and say “WEAPON NOT OWNED" in the Equip Weapons section and “50/50” in the Milestones listing, but will not say “COMPLETED” or give you the option to claim it in the Crates section. Nothing is greyed out like it should be, and from game to game it may give you a “reward” or say you can claim said reward, but when you return to the menu it does not let you.

I was also told a few times that, quote; “playing as Galactic Republic will allow you to make progress on items that have broken progress/will not progress correctly or display progression correctly”, according to a few different posts and replies.
Yet, I have tried this, and failed to receive my co-op rewards after accumulating 50 to 100+ kills as a Galactic Republic Officer (progress shown below).
Additionally, I have seen some posts say a clearing and subsequent redownload of the saved data from the cloud will help solve this issue, but it has not (and I would prefer to keep my current saved data).
I have also seen a few additional replies from certain posts claim that clearing the cache may do the trick, but this hasn’t helped me either (can’t say I’m surprised, really 😛).
As a final side-note, I have also seen a number of “rewards” display onscreen upon returning to the menu after the end of a co-op match. These rewards are often hard to follow, as I tend to get caught up in the sheer speed and intensity that so many of these matches progress in.
Yet, after catching one in a clip, I now see that they aren’t exactly much of reward at all.
In fact, they are the lack thereof. Something of a ‘phantom reward’, one way or another. Interesting to see, just thought you might want to take a look.

Our team has restarted various services, and during the process, we tested some accounts which have now been rewarded. These rewards come in the form of loot crates. If you find yourself missing any rewards, you can check by opening the loot crates in your inventory to see if the items are there.
