Lost Revan robes, can't get back.

I reactivated my account after several years away, had a small stash of cartel coins so purchased the Jedi Revan robes, but completely forgot you had to equip every single piece to unlock it in your collections, think I forgot to equip the mask, so thinking I could just get them from my collections I deleted them to make space in my inventory but now I realize I can't access them. I can't submit a ticket as for now I'm FTP, how do I submit a ticket to get them back? At over 2k cost I'd really not like to lose them forever. Any help is appreciated!
