Can't Log Into My SWTOR Account

Hi, I'm a long time player of SWTOR. Like I've been playing since it's released. Last year I took a break from it since there were no new releases I wanted to play and I recently came back only to find that my it says my account has been suspended. I have a dedicated email to this account and nothing was ever sent. I've reached out their emailing system four times and heard nothing back. When I looked up the issue, I found this happening to several people. I put actual money into this game and now I can't even get in. Is anyone else having this issue and are they ignoring you?
