Second Combat Style Locked Despite Requirements Met

Hey, here I am again, with a problem related to my recent subscription. On one of my characters, Jakaid, I'm unable to access the second combat style mission despite meeting all the prerequisites. And I know this for a fact because it works on all of my other characters, save for this one, my main guy no less. Whenever I hover over the icon in the combat style menu, it tells me I need to complete Act 3 of the story, but I know I have on this character and previously. And of course I'm subscribed too, so that's no obstacle either. I can only assume it must be a bug with the quest on this character in particular.

I've already opened a ticket in-game, so I'm wondering in the meantime if the community or anyone else has a solution for this problem. I really don't want to reset my whole character just to get this to work, so I'm hoping to find some way to reset the second class select quest.
