Yes as bluewolf0 is the linked account to that swtor account, changing emails does not change the linkage
- @proxos666 Hi)
I have the same issue as other guys - bank account says that there was payment - but in-game status tells other.
Game name - aramilko - proxos6665 years agoHero+
Support have refunded 2 transactions , and will refund the 3rd when it closes in the system, so they will process back to your bank accordingly.
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona aramil458 (not aramilko) that EA account uses the same email as the swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I also tried to buy the 60 day subscription but it said there was an error with the payment, so i tried again and again with a different card and it said there was an error. I then went to see if charges posted and i had been charged for both attempts. Although I had been charged twice I didn't receive my game time or a receipt for it. NOw both have cleared my accounts but show closed in the SWTOR account. Username SteelOden.
Thanks

Support have refunded both those transactions, your account is ok to repurchase now and subscription will work as intended this time.
I've got the same problem charged the $30 but I didn't get the subscription. I think this is because with each purchase there seems to be an extra one dollar charge but I didn't get an extra 1 dollar charge for this.

Support are refunding that transaction, so that will process back during the week, if you subscribe again it should work as intended.

Having the exact same problem as the others here. 60 day gametime was charged, subscription hasn't activated. SWTOR account is Nanoaz

Your account should be subscribed correctly now
- proxos6665 years agoHero+
Feedback from swtor support is it appears the bank is declining the transaction, best to use a different payment method if that one isnt working
if the charge you mention is like $1.00 that should auto refund over the week as it will be a verification charge
- proxos6665 years agoHero+
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has auto geenerated persona (not DarthRevan625) that EA account uses the same email address as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
Support have refunded the previous purchase, so once the password is reset then purchasing a subscription will now work for your account
