Hi. Same thing happened to me. I bought the 60 day non-recurring subscription on steam but I didnt get the subscription. When i checked my steam transaction history I saw that the game charged me once for the full 29.98 ammount and then tried to charge me a second time, but i didnt have the funds for the second transaction. I checked again today and it still says i am free to play. Please help.

Hi!
I have a similiar problem, I wanted to purchase the 60 days one time subscription, but at the end of the process it kept saying that an error occured and I should try later! So I did that, 5 times actually, I kept getting the error message, now I have been charged 5 times but I only wanted to subscribe for 60 days, and I didnt even receive the subscription! (nor did I receive an invoice to my e-mail)
In my purchase history it says that I did purchase 5 times with the following invoice numbers:
10080413759991008040575999
1008040175999
1008039775999

My SWTOR display name is Batloyaf
Any help would be greatly appriciated!- proxos6665 years agoHero+
Support are refunding those purchases, so they will process back, to fix the swtor account
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona is batlozaf that account uses the same email address as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
Purchases made after the password reset will work as intended
yeah sorry about that changed password still no subscription, when i try to purchase just says an error occured
- @proxos666 Thank you for your help! You are doing gods work!

Support say the account looks ok now
Try incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies

I wanted to purchase subscription, but at the end of the process it saying that an error occured and I should try later and I got charged on my card. My swtor account is late_goodbye

Your account should be subscribed correctly now

Feedback from swtor support is it appears the bank is declining the transaction, best to use a different payment method if that one isnt working
if the charge you mention is like $1.00 that should auto refund over the week as it will be a verification charge

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has auto geenerated persona (not DarthRevan625) that EA account uses the same email address as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
Support have refunded the previous purchase, so once the password is reset then purchasing a subscription will now work for your account
I had gotten a 60 day game sub from Steam and had followed the link and steps you had set up for this problem. But my problem is that support hasnt replied to me and i sent that email at the top of the week. please help SID: Dinwiddler

Some emails seem to get blocked , so if no response after 2 -3 days they will not have the email , try sending from a different email domain just be sure to include the swtor username
another option is to call swtor support and raise an ea ticket whilst on the phone to attach the screenshots too and the agent can add the game time whilst on the phone
