  • Hi. Same thing happened to me. I bought the 60 day non-recurring subscription on steam but I didnt get the subscription. When i checked my steam transaction history I saw that the game charged me once for the full 29.98 ammount and then tried to charge me a second time, but i didnt have the funds for the second transaction. I checked again today and it still says i am free to play. Please help.

    My Swtor display name is _KitN_

    Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

    Hi!
    I have a similiar problem, I wanted to purchase the 60 days one time subscription, but at the end of the process it kept saying that an error occured and I should try later! So I did that, 5 times actually, I kept getting the error message, now I have been charged 5 times but I only wanted to subscribe for 60 days, and I didnt even receive the subscription! (nor did I receive an invoice to my e-mail)
    In my purchase history it says that I did purchase 5 times with the following invoice numbers:
    1008041375999

    1008040575999
    1008040175999
    1008039775999
    1008039375999

    My SWTOR display name is Batloyaf

    Any help would be greatly appriciated!

    Support are refunding those purchases, so they will process back, to fix the swtor account

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona is batlozaf that account  uses the same email address as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    Purchases made after the password reset will work as intended

    I made a purchase of 60 subscription days with my swtor account named Ulfos with credit card. I got an error screen and I got charged on my card but I haven gotten my premium time yet. I noticed this has happened to a lot of people so I want to see if I can get it fixed too.

  • I wanted to purchase subscription, but at the end of the process it saying that an error occured and I should try later and I got charged on my card. My swtor account is late_goodbye

  • Having the exact same problem as the others here. 60 day gametime was charged, subscription hasn't activated. SWTOR account is Nanoaz

    @FrostBaka

    Feedback from swtor support is it appears the bank is declining the transaction, best to use a different payment method if that one isnt working

    if the charge you mention is like $1.00 that should auto refund over the week as it will be a verification charge

    @DarthRevan625

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has auto geenerated persona (not DarthRevan625) that EA account uses the same email address as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    Support have refunded the previous purchase, so once the password is reset then purchasing a subscription will now work for your account

  • I had gotten a 60 day game sub from Steam and had followed the link and steps you had set up for this problem. But my problem is that support hasnt replied to me and i sent that email at the top of the week. please help SID: Dinwiddler

    @Dinwiddler

    Some emails seem to get blocked , so if no response after 2 -3 days they will not have the email , try sending from a different email domain just be sure to include the swtor username

    another option is to call swtor support and raise an ea ticket whilst on the phone to attach the screenshots too and the agent can add the game time whilst on the phone
