Thank you for your answer, but still, I cannot use the link. I never subscribed, just bought the cartel coins, and I did that to be able to be eligible for the referred program, and I'm not, since the page is telling me that my account is not eligible, and I never before used this feature?

in case it is relevant if you have used a referral previously and havent subscribed cant use another referral

Does "New SWTOR players who participate in Friends of SWTOR who remain Free-to-Play players are not eligible to participate again." this mean forever? or until they subscribe and then wait 90 days?
I don't recall if I used a friend code when I started the SW:TOR account back on Sept 30 2011 but I know that I have never purchased Cartel Coins or sub'd.
