Updating payment issues

Hello EA community, 

Has anyone ever had problems updating their credit card on the SWTOR website or on here? I updated my card because my old one is gonna expire soon so I input a diff exp date with the same number, but I received an email from EA saying I updated the card but their system is still attempting to use my old, cached payment info and my bank hasn’t received a new authorization request and is blocking the transaction. I haven’t made any purchases AFTER after updating my card and according to my bank and EA, my last transaction went through successfully. My bank said there’s no issues on their end so idk what’s going on, anyone know? (see attachment below).
